The SKOB Saints will be in the spotlight this Friday Night as they tackle Fitzroy-ACU under lights at the hallowed Victoria Park.

The Saints hit the ground full of running in Round 1, with a comprehensive win over Ajax.  Fitzroy-ACU were also dominant in the opening round, defeating the Brunswick Renegades by seven goals.

We encourage all SKOBBER's to get down to Vic Park and support the Saints as they look to make it two in a row.

First bounce is at 7:20pm.

GO SAINTS.

A little about Fitzroy-ACU

In 2015 the Fitzroy Football Club (incorporating the Fitzroy Reds) formed a three-year partnership with the Australian Catholic University (ACU) to enter a team in the Victorian Women’s Football League, Division 4. The team was promoted to Division 3 in 2016 and went on to compete in the grand final.

Thanks to increasing local demand, a second Fitzroy-ACU women's team started at the club in time for the 2016 season playing in East-West Division.

In 2017, they join the Saints, Ajax and Renegades as the first four clubs to compete in the Premier Division of the VAFA's new women's league.
