OTE - $70,000 to $80,000 (base package $55,000 - $60,000)
A boutique equipment finance business is partnering with a large U.S. financial services corporation to establish a new business in Australia.
The assets are centred around large industrial assets across agriculture, earth moving (yellow goods) and transport. Using proprietary technology, once sales are made a lead generation is sent into the new financial services business and the sales team can make contact to introduce the financing solution. The original team will be 5, made up of a Team Lead and 4 Sales Executives. The maximum asset size is $250,000.
The company is based on St Kilda Road and has a long history in equipment finance.
Ideally you will have 2 years in a commercial outbound sales or customer service environment. You will be enthusiastic to learn and confident to approach, speak with and help small to medium sized business owners and buyers with their finance solutions.
This is an opportunity to focus on learning about equipment finance and outbound sales in a B2B environment. The culture of this organisation is one which is fun, flexible and you will have access to the Managing Director on a regular basis to learn more about equipment finance and the industry.
